Position: Customer Support
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide support to customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
* Handle with all questions and inquiries about products and services
* Actively work on the optimization of all processes related to customers
* Closely work with other together with other departments, for example Sales and Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
* Ability to listen actively, identify, apply, and explain service with expertise, clarity, and solve issues in the first contact with customers
* Ability to handle stressful situations
* Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
* Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer)
* Good and customer-friendly service
* Curious and persistent in solving issues
* Organized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
