Germany is one of our most important and operationally complex markets. As a Working Student in Operations, you’ll be part of our growing German team, working closely with our Ops Lead and HQ; getting hands-on experience in logistics, operations, and startup life from day one.

We’re building Europe’s fastest used car delivery network — connecting freelance drivers with car buyers to enable 2-day delivery, compared to the industry standard of 7–20 days. Think Uber, but for vehicle logistics. We’re backed by top Nordic investors and the founders/operators of Wolt & Swappie, and we’re scaling fast across Europe.

What you’ll learn & experience
This isn’t your typical student job where you update spreadsheets and grab coffee. You’ll work directly in the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing startup — with real impact on our delivery quality and customer satisfaction in Germany.
What you’ll do:
* Support daily transport operations in Germany — coordinate deliveries and monitor execution quality
* Communicate directly with drivers and customers
* Solve real-time operational problems — no two days are the same
* Work closely with our Operations Lead and the central operations team
* Help improve processes, strategy, workflows, and tools
* Support driver onboarding and network building

What we’re looking for
* Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
* Native or near-native German (min. C1) and fluent English
* Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
* Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
* Interest in startups and fast-paced environments (interest in logistics considered a plus)
* Motivation to learn, grow, and take on responsibility – no specific experience needed
