Responsibilities
1. Provide real-time support for MES and factory software systems
2. Troubleshoot and resolve production-critical issues to minimize downtime
3. Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
4. Support system integrations between MES, ERP, and shopfloor equipment
5. Develop automation tools and monitoring solutions (, SQL, Python)
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and IT
7. Document solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives
Profile
8. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
9. Experience with MES or manufacturing systems
10. Strong SQL skills; programming experience (Python or similar is a plus)
11. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
12. Ability to work in a dynamic, production-driven environment
