Requirements
* You’ve run ads before and made them work
* You know how to build landing pages that convert
* You understand what makes people click and buy
* You’re comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google
* You can handle basic tracking, pixels, and analytics
* Bonus if you write strong copy or know what makes an offer hit
* Most important: you care about performance, not just doing tasks
