About
Our client is a fast‑growing European organization in the testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services sector. The group’s ambition is to create a leading multi‑country platform in the TIC space — integrating local strengths, professional management practices, and scalable growth systems.
Role Overview
The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will be responsible for accelerating commercial growth, driving operational improvement, and leading integration activities across the group’s portfolio companies. Working closely with the leadership team and company founders, the CGO will help professionalise operations, enhance performance management, and promote a cohesive culture of growth and accountability across the organisation. This is a senior strategic and hands‑on leadership role that combines commercial acumen, operational execution, and people development. * Partner with management teams to deliver tangible financial improvements.
* Lead or support turnaround programs as needed, acting as a strategic advisor and coach to founders and senior leaders on business and organisational matters.
* Oversee post‑acquisition integrations by ensuring consistency across governance, systems, and culture.
* Standardise processes for future acquisitions.
* Take on interim operational roles to stabilise or transform businesses when hands‑on leadership is needed.

* Comfortable working with entrepreneurial and technically minded leaders.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills; advanced PowerPoint and analytical skills expected.
* Experience in the TIC or broader industrial services sector beneficial.
* Fluent English; additional European languages an advantage.
