Stellenausschreibung: Event Marketing Specialist (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
* Konzeption, Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung zielgruppenspezifischer Events sowie nationaler Messeauftritte.
* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingaktivitäten zur Steigerung der nationalen Sichtbarkeit von Marke, Produkten und Technologien bei Kunden, Partnern und Medien.
* Steuerung von Event-Traffic sowie Generierung qualifizierter, zielgruppenspezifischer Leads.
* Planung, Koordination und Unterstützung von Händler- und Partner-Events.
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistern und Partnern.
* Budgetplanung, Kostenkalkulation sowie laufendes Budget- und Kostencontrolling.
Anforderungen
* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kommunikations- oder Marketingwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
* Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Event- und Marketingumfeld, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche.
* Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Konzeption und Umsetzung von Events.
* Hohes Maß an Kreativität, Flexibilität und Lösungsorientierung.
* Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gutes Selbstmanagement.
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel).
* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
* Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
* Hohes Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
