Operational Global Force Resource Analyst
Key Role:
Provide a critical operational capability supporting the coordination of global force sourcing solutions for our Marine Corps client's area of responsibility. Serve as the alternate subject matter expert, providing analysis that informs alignment with Combatant Command requirements and effective deployment of forces. Manage all actions related to coordinating global conventional force sourcing solutions with higher headquarters for all U.S. Marine Corps forces and capabilities. Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the entire command. Ensure allocated forces arrive and depart according to policies and procedures, working closely with a Force Deployment Planning & Execution (FDP&E) cell. Coordinate the force synchronization process for the customer, providing support for current operations, emergent requirements, and planning for future rotational forces. Reconcile Force Management Tool (FMT) force tracking numbers to ensure accuracy of force requests, sourcing, and timelines. Provide FMT exports of force allocation and deployment data as needed. Serve as the subject matter expert for the FMT, coordinating with other departments and agencies. Integrate and create unified Marine Corps Bulletin responses by working cross-functionally with all customer directorates. Serve as backup to the Operational Analytical Support 2 position for scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating key Command battle rhythm events. Support military member travel by reviewing and coordinating official travel authorizations and vouchers as a Reviewing Official.
Basic Qualifications:
1. 10+ years of experience using Force Management Tool
2. 5+ years of experience in operational level Force Synchronization efforts
3. 5+ years of experience harmonizing Secretary of Defense Orders Book, the Global Force Management Allocation Plan, and Force Deployment Planning & Execution to ensure force projection
4. Experience harmonizing service component level operations interests with its highest tactical level supporting force to its geographical combatant command
5. Experience supporting military planning at theater, operational, or tactical levels
6. Experience leading joint planning teams, operational planning teams, and battle rhythm events, and planning large-scale planning events with military headquarters staff elements
7. Experience with the Joint Planning Process, Navy Planning Process, Marine Corps Planning Process, or Military Decision-Making Process, including Adaptive Planning and Execution
8. Ability to brief senior-level customers, including general and flag officers
9. TS/SCI clearance
10. Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
11. 3+ years of experience in joint operations planning at the service component or combatant command level
12. Experience with Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) concepts
13. Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
