Your new job includes
You are responsible for the further development of our Facility & Site Services in the logistics centers in Allermöhe and Erlensee, as well as for your team. Your tasks include:
* Managing and coordinating services to ensure smooth operations and the maintenance of buildings and facilities at both locations
* Providing both functional and disciplinary leadership, as well as development and workforce planning for the Facility & Site Services teams
* Ensuring cross-site collaboration and driving a forward-looking alignment of structures, processes, and standards in facility management
* Budget and investment planning for the Facility & Site Services area
* Leading projects for modernization, restructuring, or expansion of buildings and related infrastructure
* Managing and overseeing tenders and requests for proposals
* Reviewing invoices from a technical perspective and ensuring quality control as well as acceptance of services provided
Preferred Profile
* Completed degree in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, (Civil) Engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Relevant professional experience in engineering, facility management, or a similar role, ideally with initial leadership experience
* Ability to analyze data and KPIs and derive appropriate actions and decisions
* Very good knowledge of building systems and technical equipment
* Solid proficiency in MS Office and common facility management software
* Strong communication skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on working style
* Willingness to travel regularly between the Erlensee and Allermöhe locations
