Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HR Communications talent to join our People & Organization (P&O) team at the European Regional Headquarters. This role focuses on driving internal communications that support change management and cultural transformation initiatives across the region. You will develop and execute communication strategies that strengthen our corporate image, engage internal and external stakeholders, and support key HR programs.
We want you to:
* Support and execute change management initiatives by applying communication strategies that drive employee awareness, readiness, and adoption across Hyundai Motor Europe and regional offices
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of people and organizational transformation projects
* Contribute to the design and implementation of cultural programs that enhance employee engagement and strengthen organizational identity across the region
* Coordinate feedback loops, track engagement metrics, and report on the impact of cultural and change initiatives
* Operate and support regional employee engagement campaigns, including recognition programs, ideation challenges, and employee surveys
* Activate and localize the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through tailored messaging and consistent campaign delivery in partnership with regional HR teams
* Draft and manage internal HR communications, including newsletters and bulletins, ensuring clarity, alignment, and strategic messaging
* Maintain and improve communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters), managing content calendars and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful messaging
About you:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR communications, change management, or a related field
* Hands-on experience supporting or executing change management and culture initiatives within a corporate environment
* Skilled in drafting and delivering internal HR communications, including newsletters, bulletins, and organizational announcements
* Experience coordinating and executing employee engagement programs and EVP-related campaigns across multiple regions or teams
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from employee feedback and engagement data to support decision-making
* Creative and proactive approach to content creation and campaign development
* High level of cultural sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with international and cross-functional teams
