At our company, we are looking for a skilled Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to combine ownership of Learning & Development initiatives with recruitment for early-career roles, while also managing apprentices during their apprenticeship within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Comprehensive Training Programs: Create and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Manage Training Logistics: Coordinate training schedules, relationships with external providers, and other logistical aspects to ensure seamless delivery.
* Track Employee Development Plans: Monitor and maintain training records to track employee progress and development.
* Support Feedback and Performance Cycles: Assist in implementing feedback and performance cycles to enhance employee performance and engagement.
* Lead Recruitment Efforts: Manage the recruitment process for students, apprentices, and junior profiles, including job postings, interviews, and partnerships with schools.
* Manage Apprenticeships: Act as the main HR contact and ensure a smooth experience for apprentices during their apprenticeship.
* Represent Our Organization: Represent us at job fairs and career events to promote our brand and attract top talent.
* Support Senior Recruitment: Provide support to the HR Operations and Recruitment Specialist in senior recruitment processes when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Education: A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
* Certifications: Additional certifications in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Training Management are considered an asset.
* Labor Law Knowledge: A good understanding of labor law, especially in areas related to apprenticeships, training, and employee development.
* Experience: Experience in Learning & Development and recruitment is required.
* Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR systems are essential.
