Aufgaben
Develop and lead the E-commerce team. Manage shipments and customer requests for the e-commerce business, in order to deliver goods according to contractual agreements.
Logistics transactions
* Capacity Planning
* Tracking of Shipments
* Handling of Proof of delivery (POD) and delivery status requests for Logistics activities
* Daily communication with Control Tower, Warehouse and Sales to ensure loadings and deliveries
* Manage and handle claims/Customer VOC`s
* Clarification of undelivered and damaged goods
* Clarification and validation of Logistics costs
* Manage carrier and Logistic Partner Relationship
Reporting & Projects
* Continuous improvement of the Logistics activities
* Project Coordination in system adjustments/enhancements
* Creation of various, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting (in-Transit, Incidents, Review & Simulation etc.)
Qualifikation
We are looking for a colleague with:
* Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Logistics/SCM or equivalent role
* Experience in the E-Commerce Logistics Forwarding Industry is preferred
* General IT-Affinity is a plus
* Good knowledge of the common MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
* Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
* High Flexibility, Intercultural & Social Skills, Diligence and Resilience
* Analytical skills & data processing experience
* Solution-driven and result orientated mentality
* Experience in working with TMS tools and managing KPI reports
