Your Task:
3. Personal and cordial care of our guests in the breakfast restaurant and in the VIP lounge ‘The LEVEL’
4. Ensuring a smooth service process and compliance with our quality standards
5. Independent work and willingness to take on responsibility
6. Induction and support of trainees, students and new employees
7. Professional food and beverage service with competent advice and active sales
8. Preparation and maintenance of the mise en place for optimal service
Your Profil:
9. Completed training in the hotel or catering industry
10. At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position in the restaurant or banqueting area of the hotel industry
11. High service orientation and host mentality
12. Flexibility for a varied assignment in the breakfast restaurant and in the VIP lounge
13. Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
14. Organisational skills, ability to work in a team and independent working style
15. High quality awareness and attention to detail
16. Very good knowledge of German and English
