Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate closely with senior bankers and cross-border teams to drive successful deal outcomes.
* Stay up to date on industry trends, market movements, and competitive dynamics within the technology sector.
Key Requirements:
* Fluent German and English (both written and spoken) – essential for client interaction.
* 3-5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
