Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to take ownership of a defined territory and drive ongoing sales success. Key responsibilities include:
1. Driving sales growth through proactive account management and new business development
2. Building long-term customer partnerships through regular face-to-face engagement
3. Managing your territory strategically using data, planning, and market insight
4. Delivering strong in-store/customer execution aligned with commercial objectives
5. Identifying opportunities to improve revenue, performance, and profitability
6. Monitoring KPIs and implementing actions to exceed targets
7. Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer delivery
What We’re Looking For
8. 3+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development
9. Experience in a retail-facing or fast-moving commercial environment advantageous
10. Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
11. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
12. Commercial awareness with an understanding of margins and performance drivers
13. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
14. Highly organised with strong territory planning skills
15. Professional, consultative approach with customers
16. Full, clean driving licence required
