Financial Controller Position OverviewThis role involves overseeing the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of key financial issues and be able to provide insightful analysis.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the financial reporting process to guarantee accuracy and smoothness.Understand and address key financial issues for each company within the portfolio.Assist in cash flow projections and management of the Portfolio's finances.Prepare financial reports and presentations for the Board of Directors, focusing on key indicators and measures for improvement.Develop group reporting packages for all entities within the perimeter.Supervise and guide the accounting process in collaboration with the Senior Accountant.Perform loan compliance activities, including communication with lenders as needed.Monitor intercompany movements, mergers, and other corporate activities, considering tax implications.Lead liaison with external auditors.Supervise preparation of annual financial statements as needed.RequirementsCompleted degree in economics or business administration, preferably with a focus on finance or controlling.5-7 years of experience in finance, ideally in auditing (Big 4).
