* Manage international finance controlling processes for designated commercial entities, ensuring alignment with the group financial guidelines and policies.
* Coordinate and support financial planning process across the entities, facilitating collaboration and alignment
* Regularly monitor and analyse financial and business KPIs, variances and underlying drivers, to provide timely and actionable insights
* Prepare comprehensive reports and decision-making documents for management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial communications
* Collaborate closely with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across the business and financial objectives
* Actively contribute to enhance reporting and analysis processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness and support cross-departmental projects, fostering a collaborative work environment across the organization
* Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree and/or professional finance and accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CMA) is a plus
* professional experience in financial planning & analysis, finance controlling and finance business partnering is highly desirable
* Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with BI systems, data visualization tools, and SAP is preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented and proactive mindset
* High level of commitment and enthusiasm for working in a diverse international environment
* Excellent command of English and German, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus
