Within, we initialize the preferred program’s optimization with the ingestion of all internal and external spend and behavioral data associated with the customer’s hospitality activities. Based on the consolidated data we develop a market strategy for the customer and deliver an optimized hotel program recommendation that mitigates direct and indirect cost factors as well as the increase of the traveler’s satisfaction. We are looking for a Cologne or Berlin based Senior Consultant / Project Manager (all genders) for the Consulting Department of HRS Enterprise Solutions to lead and manage strategic consulting projects for our global corporate customers. You will help our clients to create and implement travel procurement strategies, optimize and manage their global hotel spending and ensure a seamless travel experience for their employees. You will be responsible for project delivery together with a multinational team of consultants. In addition, you will manage the collaboration within an agile team including colleagues from various departments like data scientists, product managers and operations managers.
Lead multiple strategic projects for global corporate clients
Coordinate an agile team of data, product and commercial experts
Conduct analyses and derive insights from client data and extensive HRS global benchmark data to identify hotel spend optimization potential
Manage and drive the sourcing projects with client team members as well as consultant peers across the world
Support the acquisition of new customers as well as the renewal of current customers
Work hand-in-hand with our global sales organization
Passionate about working for a global travel tech company disrupting the market
Very good project management skills
Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from big data
Excellent MS Office skills, esp. Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Excellent communication skills orally and in written and skilled in leading and collaborating with interdisciplinary and international teams
Fluency in German and English spoken and written (other European languages are a plus)
