Your responsibilities will include: Coordination with DEKRA for the regular ASA meetings and offer of medical examination to employees in three offices: 1 office in Dusseldorf (Secusmart), 1 office in Hanover (QNX), and 1 in Munich (QNX). After each meeting, the Student Worker will follow-up the implementation of agreed action plans. Coordination with BAD with ongoing Health Services Support Stress Risk Assessment Project for BlackBerry Germany Manage our approved vendor with regards to Electrical testing in offices & home-based employee locations This role will be responsible for coordinating emergency preparedness measures in Germany, such as soliciting EHS volunteers and arranging training, conduct of emergency response drills, and follow-up of actions emanating from drills, or actual emergencies. Act as the focal person for requests for ergonomic assessment and provision of ergonomic equipment to employees in Germany. Manage Risk Assessment process for office and homebased employee locations and follow-up corrective actions for nonconformance's. We are looking for individuals with the following skills & experience: Currently enrolled in a university program related to Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a similar field. Strong interest in health and safety within a corporate/tech environment. Good understanding of German health and safety regulations is a plus. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Good communication skills in English and German. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
