As Head of Sales, you will play a key role in driving growth. Our goal is to achieve over 30-40% revenue growth and to expand the team further.

Responsibilities

* Sales Strategy & Revenue Responsibility: Implementing a scalable sales strategy for our SaaS products to increase revenue, in close coordination with management.
* Leadership & Development: Leading our current 7-member sales team (SDRs & Sales Managers) focusing on performance, coaching, and team culture.
* Pipeline & Performance Management: Managing sales funnel optimization, data-driven forecasting, and KPI tracking with direct reporting to management.
* Go-to-Market & Business Development: Ensuring an effective, sustainable go-to-market strategy in a market focused on SMEs, with deal cycles of 4-6 weeks, emphasizing outbound and full-cycle sales.
* Growth & Scaling: Developing the team strategically and recruiting new talent.
* Hands-on Leadership: Actively supporting operational sales activities and serving as a role model for the team.
* Coaching & Training: Enhancing sales skills and team development.


Qualifications

* Experience & Leadership: At least 7 years in B2B SaaS Sales within start-up or scale-up environments, with over 3 years in a leadership role.
* Strategic Sales Management: Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, KPI-driven sales control, and proven success in full-cycle sales.
* Proven Success: Track record in building and scaling sales teams and entering new customer segments.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience with sales forecasting, KPI optimization, and data-based sales strategies.
* Technical Affinity: Confident in using CRM systems and sales tech stacks for automation and efficiency.
* Hands-on Mentality: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to combine strategic planning with operational engagement.
* Passion for Growth & Sales: Enthusiasm for developing scalable sales strategies, identifying new market potentials, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
