Your responsibilities
Assist with analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing daily operations through low-code automation in Cloud Knowledge Management and Governance.
Develop and maintain automation workflows to streamline daily routines and processes.
Establish a process for maintaining the cloud department's operational documentation up-to-date and perform quality assessment of the documentation.
Support the team with internal stakeholder communication and other administrative project related tasks.
Support the team with internal / external audit coordination activities Administer the utilization of Microsoft credits for the IT organization
Your profile
Mandatory
You are enrolled as a full-time student at a German university in computer science, business informatics, information management or similar relevant fields
Ability to translate business needs into technical implementation/automation
Creative thinking to identify new opportunities for automation Basic understanding of cloud technologies
Ability to work independently in a home office setting
Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal
Optional / nice to have
Knowledge of Power Platform software products (Power Automate, Power BI) and Office Scripts would be an advantage
Availability for at least 6 months; ideally for 12 months or longer
