1. The postdoctoral fellow will work in a team of enthusiastic biologists and medical scientists with the aim to identify networks in the regulation of human leukemia stem cell activity and to understand the mechanisms of developing and overcoming therapy resistance
2. Focus on epitranscriptomic modifications and gene expression with regulation of translation in cancer
3. Multi-Omics single cell sequencing approaches to characterize therapy resistance
4. Responsible planning and performing of experiments in the framework of the scientific project plan
5. Preparation and presentation of project reports and publications
6. PhD in biology, biochemistry or equivalent
7. Broad expertise in basic cell-molecular and biochemical techniques (Western blotting, immunoprecipitations, ChIP, gene expression analysis, cloning, cell culture, lentiviral transductions, flow cytometry, microscopy etc.)
8. Experience and skills in Next-Generation-Sequencing, CRISPR/CAS9, shRNA-mediated knock down and genome editing techniques
9. Experience in writing scientific reports and papers
10. Very good knowledge of and experience with MS office, graphic programs, statistical software, bioinformatics tools and online tools ( Illustrator, Lightroom, GraphPadPrism, R, BLAST)
11. Fluent both in written and spoken English language
