position, you will be responsible for developing and executing
strategic plans to grow Yamaha's presence in the live
entertainment, touring, rental, broadcast, and event production
markets across Central and East Europe. You will lead a motivated
team, drive regional business development, and ensure alignment
with Yamaha's global strategy.Your duties:Develop and implement
sales and marketing strategies for Yamaha's Entertainment ProAudio
portfolio (digital mixing consoles, processors, switches, amps,
speakers, etc.)Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and
market share across the territories (DACH, BeNeLux, Baltics, CEE,
and Export countries)Be an active part of the European Leadership
Team and collaborate across regions, departments and externally
with key channel partners, integrators, and rental companiesManage
product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing
initiatives in cooperation with the European marketing teamMonitor
market trends and competitor activities to identify
opportunitiesRepresent Yamaha at key industry events, trade shows,
and customer engagementsCollaborate cross-functionally with
R&D, service, and international sales and marketing teamsThe
ideal candidate:has proven experience in sales and/or marketing in
the ProAudio industryhas strong knowledge of professional audio
solutions, especially for live sound and touring applicationsholds
a university degree in business administration or an equivalent
qualification and has developed excellent skills in the relevant
fields of competencehas shown leadership qualities in international
teams and is willing to motivate and inspire peopleis a strategic
worker with a hands-on mentalityis an authentic communicator being
able to bridge culturesis familiar with Salesforce (CRM system) and
SAP S4/HANA (ERP system) and able to analyze data and KPIis looking
to challenge traditional ways of working and making progress for
his/her teamis willing to accept changing working hours and
commuting is willing to travel across Europehas fluent German and
