EMEA HSDC SLA Support Specialist (m/f/d)
(Limited contract for 2 years as maternity leave cover)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process for our key Hyperscale Data Center (HSDC) customers for the EMEA region. Determine customer requirements and prepare quotations in Vendavo, based on customer requirements and supporting specific customer SLA.
Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience, MBA and/or applicable experience a PLUS.
~100% fluent in English. Self-motivated with a proven ability to work under varying deadlines on multiple project proposals.
Comprehensive computer and system skills (Office, SAP, Vendavo, Salesforce, Excel & etc.).
Incoterms, rebates, export control, etc.).
