Acknowledges guests by name and must introduce him/herself to the guests.; Receiving guests.; Assist maintaining the operations of the Suite Lounge dk 10, Penthouse and suite service.; Assist Supervision and or perform service with HK department, galley and restaurant department.; Assist Concierge arranging travel plans for guests.; Serving meals and drinks to guests.; Arranging the table for serving meals.; Assists with planning and organizing parties and events. Perform set up, service and clean after parties.; Knowledgeable about wines and spirits and and liqueur selection.; Solid product knowledge menu items.; Cleaning and maintenance; Clean and maintain the guests cabins as per Company standards. Including verandas and balconies.; Care of clothing.; Offering general valet services.; Assist supervising junior staff. (If applicable); Managing & performing housekeeping duties. Maintains cleanliness in all pantries related to suites and suite lounge according to USPH / HACCAP standard.; Participate daily / weekly training sessions.; Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policy to achieve the overall objective of this position.;
Candidates are expected to work on board an international cruise ship.
