Job Description
* Production and preparation of cold and hot dishes according to specified recipes.
* Adherence to delivery times, implementation and assurance of quality standards.
* Compliance with HACCP quality and hygiene standards.
* No à la carte service.
Qualifications
* Training as a chef and/or catering specialist
* Initial experience as a kitchen assistant, production chef, or chef de partie
* Willingness to work shifts
* Good German and English skills
* Professional experience in airline catering is an advantage in commercial kitchens, food production, or catering
