Your Tasks
* Lead and execute audits in the areas of Insurance Business & Operations, with a strong focus on international entities within the Group
* Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems across the Group in accordance with IIA standards
* Analyse complex processes related to product development, underwriting, claims handling, human resources and other areas
* Advise audited departments and follow up on the implementation of recommendations and action plans
* Contribute to the advancement of innovative audit methods, including the use of data analytics and AI
* Work closely with decision-makers, including board members and senior executives
* Collaborate with international colleagues and participate in regular business travel abroad
Your Profile
* Degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, or a related field
* CIA or a similar certification is a plus
* Several years of professional experience in audit, ideally with a focus on insurance operations and regulatory requirements
* Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
* International mindset, openness to new perspectives, and willingness to travel
* Ability to manage stakeholders effectively across various levels
* Excellent communication skills in English; German or other language skills are an advantage
