Key Account Manager- South (m/f/x)
Responsibilities:
* Direct Sales Relationship Building: Develop and cultivate direct sales relationships with small and medium businesses through a highly automated journey, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and maintain long term Agreements with Corporate Customers ensuring a steady and reliable level of orders.
* Leasehouse Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with tour Leasingpartners in you region. Ensuring competitive rates and supporting residual values with our partners.
* Lead Management and Qualification: Identify potential business opportunities, qualify leads, and ensure the sales pipeline is continuously filled with prospects.
* Sales Opportunity Management: Regularly review and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are progressing and closing. Track and report individual KPIs to gauge performance and improve efficiency.
* Digital Sales Process: Embrace a modern digital approach to direct sales. Engage with potential clients using state-of-the-art systems and tools, aiming to revolutionize the way we connect and do business.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses, understanding their vehicle needs and providing solutions. Work closely with leasing partners to optimize operations and support for these customers.
* Decision-Maker Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within the targeted businesses to facilitate sales and business growth.
Qualifications:
* Relevant Experience: 5+ years of working experience as a Key Account Manager.
* Digital Proficiency: Must be willing to work in a highly digital environment with a strong understanding of modern systems and tools.
* Automotive or Leasing Experience: Prior experience in the automobile or leasing industry is a plus.
* Adaptability: Openness to frequent business travels and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Fluent in German and English languages.
* Negotiation Ability: Demonstrated negotiation skills, capable of securing the best deals and maintaining customer relationships.
* Team Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and KPIs.
* Desirable Attributes:
* Keen understanding of varying cultural and hierarchical business environments.
* Proactive attitude with a drive to constantly improve and adapt.
