Your tasks
9. Design & development: You are responsible for the design of new components as part of the product development of innovative laser systems.
10. Assembly & validation: You will be responsible for the assembly, commissioning, validation and optimization of all newly developed components and document the results.
11. Design for assembly: You will create part and component design concepts, taking into account optimal assembly methods.
12. Test development: You play an active role in the development of test plans and methods and transfer these into standardized test procedures.
13. Production introduction: You support the introduction of products into our production and series in close cooperation with other working groups and global locations.
14. Documentation: You define assembly and spare part modules, create and maintain parts lists and generate production data.
Your profile
15. Education: Completed technical studies, technician training or a comparable qualification.
16. Experience: Several years of professional experience is desirable.
17. Design know-how: Experience with SolidWorks is an advantage.
18. Manufacturing knowledge: Knowledge of materials science, machining, manufacturing and assembly methods.
19. System design: Experience in the design and construction of complex technical systems.
20. Working method: Analytical and structured way of working.
21. Team & communication: Ability to work in a team and good knowledge of German and English.
22. Additional knowledge (advantageous): Experience in plastic injection molding as well as thermal and FEM simulation.
