Welcome to Quality Operations Europe
We are a diverse team of Quality Assurance experts working across multiple manufacturing sites in Europe. Together with our colleagues from production, supply chain and other functions we ensure that Novonesis' products conform with the highest standards and consistently meet customers' expectations. We are now seeking for a new colleague to join our young and dynamic team at the Rheinbreitbach manufacturing site. Employment is based on a 18 month fixed term contract.
In This Role You'll Make An Impact By
* Support the continuous development of the plant's Quality Management System, in order to ensure food safety and compliance whilst upholding the site's certifications.
* Investigate customer complaints managed in our CRM system and drive preventive actions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Participate in internal audits, ensure implementation of resulting actions.
* Analyze data with the appropriate tools to identify areas for improvement. Ensure that adequate action is taken within a PDCA cycle and by utilizing continuous improvement tools.
Potentially Relevant Experience
* Degree in food science, microbiology or similar
* Strong understanding of food safety and quality management systems, including HACCP, GMPs and food regulation
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
* German and English language fluency, both oral and written
