Employment lawyers play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with labour laws, while also providing expert advice on social security and business immigration matters.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in law, complemented by excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on employment, social security, and business immigration law;
* Supervise and manage less experienced lawyers and assigned trainees;
* Provide risk analysis, pre-litigation counsel, and ongoing advisory assistance to clients;
* Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients;
* Participate in professional development opportunities;
Requirements:
* University degree in law (Master 2 from France, Belgium, or Luxembourg) and Avoué qualification;
* 3-5 years of experience in employment law;
* Fluency in French and English, with knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish an asset;
* Strong analytical and communication skills;
* Open-minded, self-driven, flexible, proactive, and able to supervise junior lawyers;
