YOUR ROLE
1. You take ownership of the continuous performance optimisation of digital campaigns for the PAYBACK Rewards Shop
2. You analyse the performance of marketing channels and campaigns across key touchpoints (app, web and mobile push) and derive clear, actionable optimisation measures
3. You design and implement holistic tracking and measurement concepts as well as meaningful reports
4. You interpret relevant eCommerce and marketing KPIs and assess the cross-channel success of campaigns in a data-driven way
5. You develop and optimise targeting and segmentation strategies to sustainably increase reach, relevance and campaign effectiveness
6. You analyse and optimise traffic sources and onsite performance of the Rewards Shop using common eCommerce metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, views, time on site, bounce rate, etc.
7. You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as CRM, UX, Analytics and Product and actively bring a performance mindset into projects and further developments
YOUR PROFILE
You are a data-driven performance marketing expert with a strong eCommerce mindset. You don’t just understand numbers — you turn insights into concrete actions. You enjoy questioning the status quo and continuously improving the performance of a digital shop.
What you bring with you:
8. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
9. Experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally in an eCommerce environment or on the agency side
10. Confident handling of web analytics and tracking tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
11. Strong analytical skills and experience in analysing large data sets and deriving clear optimisation recommendations
12. Hands-on experience in planning, running and evaluating A/B tests as well as data-driven optimisation of campaigns and online shops
13. Very good understanding of key eCommerce and marketing KPIs, including attribution and measurement models
14. A structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with high quality standards
15. Strong interest in digital trends, new marketing technologies and continuous personal development
16. Fluent German- and good English-Skills
