Role Overview The Solutions Consulting Director leads the regional Solutions Consulting (SC) organization, focusing on Electronics & High Tech (EHT) and MedTech verticals. This senior leadership role drives strategy, performance, and team development while ensuring PTC solutions are positioned and delivered effectively throughout the presales cycle. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Talent : Build and develop a high-performing SC team, define structure, set objectives, and promote diversity, inclusion, and career growth. Strategy & Planning : Align SC strategy with Sales and Corporate priorities; manage coverage, capacity, and resource allocation for maximum impact. Presales Excellence : Establish standards for discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts; partner with Sales on strategic accounts; drive ARR growth and win rates. Vertical Expertise : Provide thought leadership for EHT and MedTech; ensure compliance readiness and enablement for complex global environments. Collaboration & Feedback : Work cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Services, and Marketing; deliver market insights to influence product roadmaps. Governance & Reporting : Implement processes, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives for scalability and efficiency.
