Tasks Provide professional helpdesk support to internal colleagues, assisting with hardware and software inquiries. Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary technical setup from day one. Prepare and configure hardware components (laptops, peripherals) for distribution. Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing within the team. Manage and track IT inventory to ensure all assets are accounted for and available. Qualifications You are currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field. Initial experience in IT support or a strong passion for troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Reliable and structured way of working with a high level of service orientation.
