OUR PURPOSE AT PLANCRAFT Digitizing contractor companies? We love it. We are plancraft - and we are passionate about revolutionizing the contractor & construction industry with our straightforward software. Our vision is nothing less than to become Europe’s number one contractor operating system. With the backing of Europe’s top investors, we provide a leading SaaS solution that simplifies the management and operations in contractor businesses. On our mission we are always guided by our values: We are stoked about our work, achieving more together as a team, and staying humble as we empower the true builders of our future: our customers. YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT We’re looking for a Business Development Intern (Spanish Market) to help us explore one of Europe’s most exciting contractor sectors. Ideally, you’re available from July for 3–6 months and bring the drive to make a real impact. This isn’t your typical watch-and-learn internship – from day one, you’ll be creating real value. You'll play an active role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, optimizing customer journeys, and helping us decide whether and how to launch in this new market. Key Responsibilities: Own the full lead lifecycle: Qualify leads, conduct demos, close customers, and support them through onboarding. Act as the face of plancraft in Spain: Be the first point of contact for all inbound leads and pilot customers. Customer onboarding & support: Ensure smooth activation and engagement throughout the customer journey. Product feedback & market insights: Document customer pain points, prioritize product feedback, and deliver actionable intelligence. Localization champion: Review and adapt Spanish translations for product, onboarding materials, and marketing campaigns. Marketing collaboration: Optimize messaging and creative assets together with the Marketing team to boost lead quality and conversion. Market research: Analyze competitors, pricing models, and regulatory environments to support strategic decisions. Salary: The salary for this position ranges between €2,000 and €2,300 gross per month, depending on your previous experience. YOUR PROFILE Are you a Match? Must haves: Spanish (C1/C2) and strong English. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Customer‑facing or sales internship experience. Self‑starter with entrepreneurial mindset. Quick learner of new software and CRM tools. Currently studying in Business, Sales or a related field. Located or willing to relocate to Hamburg for the internship.* *We’re excited if you enjoy working fully onsite with the team in our Hamburg HQ – that’s ideal for this role. At the same time, we’re flexible: if you’d prefer to work remotely part of the time, also from Poland, we can also offer that. Nice to haves: Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar CRM. Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies. Basic data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets). Prior exposure to the German market or intercultural teams. If you don’t tick every single box – no worries. What matters most is your drive to explore new markets, your eagerness to learn, and your motivation to push our international expansion forward with full energy. That said, fluent Spanish and English are essential – everything else is up for discussion. WHY PLANCRAFT? Join us not only for a job, but for a mission!
