In this department, you will strive for new opportunities to improve interactions with prospects and customers all over Europe by utilizing up-to-date and data-driven technologies and platforms.

You will be part of the team shaping the future of Campaign Management in Europe, supporting and consulting BMW & MINI Customer Journey Managers in the National Sales Companies regarding 1:1 customer interaction activities, by steering the usage of the central blueprint and harmonizing market requirements.

Aufgaben

9. You will, together with Colleagues from all over Europe, steer 1:1 comm activities across the European markets, with focus on Legendary moments and with the goal to ensure a consistent approach along the Customer Journey.
10. You will oversee 1:1 campaign operations performance and will be responsible to steer third party agency on a European level for this domain.
11. You will exchange regularly with the Customer Journey Managers in the Markets to gather inputs and requirements and to showcase measures, results and insights.
12. You will define measures and action plan to boost BMW Services 1:1 communication via all the channels for the European Markets.
13. You will steer loyalty programs across Europe, with the aim the reach an optimized and harmonized approach among the Markets, creating synergies and a consistent approach towards the customers, in close cooperation with our central function.

Profil

14. Studies in business administration, business analytics, computer science or related subjects, with a specialization in marketing, media or consumer research.
15. Relevant practical experience in customer relationship management, customer experience management or digital marketing.
16. Expert knowledge in campaign automation tools mandatory.
17. Proven track-record on high-scale campaign automation in a major industry (preferable e-commerce, automotive, telecommunication).A customer-focused and quality-oriented attitude combined with analytical skills.
18. Ability to present results clearly to all types of audiences in both written and oral communication.
19. Languages: English fluent, German a plus but not mandatory.
