Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and enhance the company's compliance strategy and documentation.
* Support the development of compliance manuals, policies, and procedures.
* Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact.
* Oversee prudential regulations relevant to compliance.
* Deliver training and guidance to employees on applicable laws and regulations.
* Develop and manage the outsourcing oversight function in line with internal policies.
* Prepare regular reports for executive and supervisory boards.
* Engage in professional development to become a certified compliance expert (e.g., ACAMS, CISI).
Candidate Profile
* Strong academic background, ideally with compliance or legal qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, consultancy, auditing, or financial supervision.
* Strong understanding of German and EU regulatory frameworks.
* Strategic thinker with resilience and analytical capabilities.
* Fluent in German and English.
