Miryco are working with a world-renowned Index provider searching for a Sales Associate to join their successful global team. Based in Frankfurt, this candidate must be a Fluent German speaker.
This is a role perfectly suited for a candidate with 2-5 years’ within Sales, Investor Relations, or Relationship Management experience at an index provider, investment bank, asset manager or other related Financial Services provider to further their career.
You will work directly with a strategic and accomplished Sales Director with extensive experience of developing business and relationships with investment management clients across EMEA.
Responsibilities :
* Support Directors to manage and develop and manage day-to-day relationships with EMEA Asset Managers and Investment Banks.
* Help sales team to prepare pitchbooks and materials for sales meetings and other administrative tasks.
* Partner with other teams on new product development, product management, and other strategic initiatives that will enhance the company’s presence in the capital markets.
* Help manage prospecting efforts within CRM system.
* Managing incoming calls and enquiries.
* Analyse existing accounts to identify cross-sell opportunities.
This role will allow you to…
* Broaden product knowledge (equity or fixed income) across the markets.
* Broaden knowledge about finance industry.
* Learn vital sales skills : generate leads, relationship management, pitching, negotiations.
Required :
* Fluent German Speaker
* University degree with a 2 : 1 minimum
* 2+ years experience from previous sales, relationship management or investor relations positions at an asset manager, index provider, or similar.
Desired :
* First-class communicator with excellent ability to network and build relationships
* Basic understanding of financial markets, instruments, products is a benefit
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM management
* Enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and problem solving
* Committed to personal and professional development
Work arrangement :
* Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days in Frankfurt office)
