Source candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews. Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure timely communication with candidates. Facilitate the interview process and provide guidance to both candidates and hiring teams. Coordinate and attend job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and hiring trends. Specifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 4-6 years of recruiting experience required. Experience recruiting for IT and manufacturing positions is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
