Your mission
* You take responsibility for accounting, controlling, reporting, and Budgeting
* You act as the central point of contact for tax advisors, auditors, investors, and banks
* Together with our tax advisor, you contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
* You build a transparent reporting system for management and investors and continuously develop it further
* You maintain the KPI system, derive management actions, and support investment planning
* You are responsible for budget planning as well as regular forecasts
* You also take over liquidity planning
Your profile
* Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a comparable qualification
* Initial professional experience in finance, auditing, or Controlling
* Knowledge of accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting
* Strong conceptual, analytical, and entrepreneurial thinking skills
* Structured, independent, and precise working style
* Hands-on mentality and willingness to take on responsibility
* Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
