Job Summary:

About the Role:
* The successful candidate will coordinate administrative aspects of sales activities for assigned customers, ensuring seamless execution of product launches, commercial offers, and promotional campaigns.
* Key Responsibilities include managing commercial documentation, samples, contracts, and pricing, as well as handling customer portals, order and invoice tracking, and participating in commercial meetings.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, or supply chain is required.
* Significant experience in an industrial environment, preferably in sales coordination or sales support, is necessary.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP is expected.
* Meticulous, well-organized, customer-oriented, and capable of working cross-functionally are essential skills.
* Fluency in both English and German is essential.
