Qualifikationen
1. Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions in the software industry.
2. Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
3. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
4. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, fundraising, etc.
5. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
6. An visionary mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
7. Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
8. Experience with exit strategies and processes is essential.
9. Experience in a medium-sized software company is mandatory; experience in private equity is a plus.
10. Fluent in German and English.
