Job Description Define and own the brand positioning for both Autohero and wirkaufendeinauto.de (incl. EU sister brands), using market research as well as consumer and customer insight to drive profitable growth Lead the creative translation of brand strategy into messaging, campaigns, and visual assets that unlock new customer segments Manage and develop our in-house brand marketing and content creation teams, ensuring all brand touchpoints deliver a consistent, high-quality experience that supports acquisition Establish frameworks for innovative media selection and brand placements, ensuring our brands are visible in the right cultural moments and channels Set clear brand KPIs, monitor brand health, and ensure every initiative delivers measurable ROI and supports our ambitious growth targets Partner closely with Customer Acquisition Directors to align brand, creative, and media strategies Build robust, scalable team and partner structures that deliver high-quality output under pressure, fueling continuous brand-driven business growth
