Aufgabe Ensuring cost-efficient and market-driven compensation procedures and standards across the organization Maintaining a global grading system (Willis Towers Watson) to support the organizational structure Developing and aligning compensation objectives with the business strategy and global practices Supporting and guiding regional HR representatives in the application of compensation and benefits procedures as well as grading system to ensure a common understanding and for the application of C&B procedures, including conducting internal equity analysis Maintaining a comprehensive Job Catalogue for the entire TÜV SÜD Group Providing guidance to business leaders on C&B market / industry trends and competitive intelligence affecting businesses Supporting annual salary planning to ensure cost-effective and equitable salary changes Partnering with HRBPs and HR Operations Teams in order to understand and respond to the local requirements, trends and demands Participating in benchmarking salary surveys to stay competitive in the market Partnering with Finance, Controlling, Legal, Tax and Procurement regarding spending, budgeting, vendor changes and strategic projects Supporting Total Rewards Strategy, Executive Compensation, Short and Long Term Incentive Plan queries and management Supporting various Benefits and Bonus projects and other HR initiativesQualifikation Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification Minimum 5 years of in-depth professional experience in Compensation and Benefits in an international company, minimum 3 years in a global role Expert knowledge on special topics like Job Architecture, Executive Compensation and pay practices in key markets is required; experience with executive board remuneration desirable Strong knowledge of HR topics, including performance management, payroll, compensation elements and benefits Familiarity and experience with compensation planning tools and other state of the art C&B tools, User knowledge of SuccessFactors is an asset Basic understanding of controlling respectively sound economic understanding
