Role: Finance Program Manager
Location: Cork, Ireland
Duration: Contract
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT financing is required
Language Requirement: Must be fluent in German
Essential Functions:
* The Program & Portfolio Manager role is responsible for support and analysis tasks related to customer financing, ensuring departmental objectives and project deadlines are met. Essential functions include:
* Identifying and facilitating requests for sales and financing program partners, maintaining open communication with outsource funding partners.
* Supporting outsourcing partners in internal meetings and coordinating with sales representatives and managers (cross-functional).
* Overseeing operational reporting from financing partners, highlighting issues and successes.
* Supporting existing financing transactions outside outsourced programs and providing support during the deal lifecycle.
* Assisting in transferring existing finance customers from legacy to outsourced models.
* Light travel may be required within Germany, Switzerland, and Ireland for customer meetings.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, especially concerning financing contracts and legal terms.

* Experience working in project-based environments and leading multinational finance projects.
* Knowledge of standard accounting and finance practices, and departmental procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and M365 Power Platform (Teams, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI).
* Basic technical understanding of Client technology and awareness of AI applications for task automation.

* Demonstrates leadership and strategic vision in decision-making.
* Works effectively with staff to Vice President level employees, cross-functionally, and externally.
