Junior App Experience Manager (f/m/d)
To support our Site Management team we are searching for a Junior App Experience Manager (f/m/d) to be based in one of our offices in Munich or Barcelona.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
1. Operational execution of communication campaigns, development and responsibility to deliver push notifications and in-app messages.
2. Development of cross-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on Apple Search Ads (ASA) and offsite marketing with an objective to increase app installs, user engagement, revenue and conversion rate.
3. Conceptual and reporting responsibility for App Store and Play Store Optimization.
4. Continuous app performance analysis, reporting and data analysis.
5. Identifying market trends, overseeing competitor’s activities and discovering new potential.
6. Development and testing of technical features, in close cooperation with Product Management & UX Team, for optimized user experience.
7. App release support and testing.
WHO YOU ARE
8. Work experience in the e-commerce field, ideally in mobile / app / digital marketing environment
9. Strong analytical skills with understanding of e-commerce KPIs
10. Experience with A/B Testing and performance analysis
11. Technical knowledge in the field of App / Mobile Device (iOS and Android)
12. Interest and affinity for technical topics, with the ability to understand and discuss app functionalities, tracking and basic mobile tech concepts with other teams
13. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
14. Out of the box thinking, proactive and creative with keen eye for details
15. Organized with strong capacity to take responsibility
16. Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
