On paper, you have 5-7 years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or consulting leadership capacity. You also have knowledge of and experience within the ITSM/ESM domain for 3 years. You?re a proven team leader and motivator who can interpret complex problem statements, boil them down into simple solutions, and collaborate with prospects, channel partners, the Atlassian sales team and the broader SE team to foster success of the team & the individuals in your charge. You speak both German and English fluently, and have extensive experience working with customers in the DACH region. You?re equally comfortable in both a business and technical context, interacting with executives or talking shop with strong technical audiences.
