WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. You will take full global responsibility for certain product groups for your assigned customers in the Automotive Area (mainly Tier 1)
2. You are responsible for the acquisition of new projects with existing customers and lead them to success.
3. You steer customer RFQs/RFIs internal to different steakholder and external to customer.
4. You are strengthening relations with your assigned customers and ensure a trusting and mutually beneficial work relationship
5. You take the necessary steps to ensure sustainable sales and KPI fulfillment
6. You keep an eye on the bigger picture, define the strategy for your area of responsibility and implement it to success
7. You are in charge of Sales and inventory planning
8. You drive daily sales operations and ensure constant logistics monitoring
9. You are in charge to get all relevant data into our CRM
10. You are take care on regular reporting to the management and relevant stakeholders about the business situation including risk and opportunities as well as the project status.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
11. You have successfully completed an electrotechnical university degree or a technical/commercial university degree and have gathered some previous experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the Automotive area
12. You have a good understanding of electronic / electromechanic components and are able to negotiate well with both commercial and technical experts
13. You have proven your ability to build and enhance relations with customers and through that generating new business
14. You are business fluent in both German and English
15. You are willing to travel on a regular basis if required
16. You show a strong can-do-attitude, are able to work independently and are a skilled negotiator
