Your ResponsibilitiesAs Payroll & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d) you are responsible for processing payroll, pension and benefits for all our sites in Europe including:Ensuring data delivery to service providers in time and with high data quality (incl. administration of respective tools and interfaces)Implementing and processing regular checks and controls to ensure reliability and correctnessManaging of and working closely together with our external service providersFirst point of contact and consultant for our employees and expats in Europe for all questions, inquiries and solutions relating to these topics, such as:
Payroll (inquiries, questions, corrections, etc.)Pension plan and insurancesRetirementTime accounts (e.g., value account)Administration, participation and consultation on our entire benefit portfolio
First point of contact and responsible for regular audits (internally and externally)Drive process enhancements (operational excellence) in your area of responsibility and ensure proper documentationAdministration of our internal time-keeping system in Germany

Your QualificationsSuccessfully completed commercial training and further training (business administrator or comparable qualification)Good practical knowledge in the field of Payroll & Benefits and good process expertiseGood expertise and passion for process optimization, digitalization and operational excellenceGood analytical and solution architect expertiseExperience in project managementIntegrity (e.g. in dealing with personal data)Excellent knowledge of German and EnglishHands-on mentality and proactive-self-reliant way of workingIT affinity and experience in using common MS Office applications
