As our Commercial Excellence Manager, you will join the Global Asset and Commercial Strategy department and take a central role in driving global commercial performance. You will optimize go-to-market strategies, enhance customer engagement, and enable cross-functional alignment to maximize impact.
YOUR TASKS
* Develop and implement global commercial excellence strategies to enhance sales force effectiveness, customer engagement, and brand performance.
* Lead strategic initiatives to set the global framework for strategic brand planning and sales force effectiveness (targeting, segmentation, and territory alignment).
* Drive analytics, insights and KPIs to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
* Enhance launch excellence planning and execution for new products and lifecycle management for existing brands in close alignment with Regions and Affiliates.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Regions/Affiliates to ensure alignment on commercial priorities and execution.
* Champion the use of digital tools and CRM systems to enhance field force effectiveness.
* Identify and implement best practices across markets and therapeutic areas.
YOUR PROFILE
* Successful completed university degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field
* 4+ years experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, or commercial strategy within the pharmaceutical consulting industry, including demonstrated expertise in launch planning and execution
* Proven experience in sales force effectiveness, performance measurement and commercial analytics
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce), omnichannel strategies and commercial analytics platforms
* Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
