Position
Senior Global Brand Manager (m / f / d) Women’s Health – location: Neumarkt (Oberpfalz).
Responsibilities
* Development of a mid‑term vision, ambition, and strategy for our brands in the Women’s Health products sector, taking into account country‑specific market conditions and cultural differences.
* Design and maintenance of brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
* Responsibility for the entire brand experience throughout the product lifecycle.
* Conducting analysis of campaign results and consumer insights for continuous improvement.
* Management and maintenance of global brand books to ensure a consistent brand presence.
* Conducting market and consumer research to derive actionable insights.
* Leading the product portfolio and lifecycle management (LCM) to maximise market success.
* Planning and monitoring brand budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
* Sharing, reusing, and leading the global brand community to promote best practices.
* Developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and attractiveness.
* Creating core creative ideas and campaigns to support our global brand strategy.
* Defining compelling brand stories based on deep consumer insights.
* Close collaboration with relevant country colleagues.
Requirements
* Completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar experience.
* Several years of experience in brand management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or herbal sector.
* Proven track record in developing and implementing brand strategies and campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting market research.
* Creativity combined with a strategic approach.
* Ideally first experience with the "How Brands Grow" approach to evidence‑based marketing.
* Ability to work in a dynamic international environment and lead cross‑functional teams.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
